Export Documentation Officer

Kilcoy Global Foods is a high end protein Food Solutions expert that supplies both domestic and international markets. KGF has successfully expanded its operations and footprint in recent years and boasts operational interests in Australia, North America and China.

KGF is seeking an experienced Export Documentation Officer to complement our busy team. The position will be responsible for (but not limited to) the preparation of all relevant documents for shipment of export beef product. The successful candidate must have meticulous attention to detail, accuracy and take pride in delivering high quality work. The core duty of the successful applicant will be entering data into Export Documentation database. This is a full-time salaried position based on a Monday – Friday roster 8am - 5pm.

The ideal candidate will bring;

  • Prior experience in Export Documentation is highly desirable.
  • Proven attention to detail and ability to see tasks through to conclusion.
  • A high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proficiency within the MS Office suite most importantly Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong administrative experience and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, inclusive of maintaining customer relations.
  • An ability to plan, organise and control activities.
  • Successful experiences of responsibility and accountability.
  • Promote and drive a positive customer service attitude.
  • An ability to work individually or as part of a team.

With a our Production Facility at Kilcoy, KGF is excited to introduce our new Corporate Office, which has been recently established on the Sunshine Coast, Birtinya. This is an exciting time to become part of KGF as we continue to expand and enhance our service globally. This role with be based from our new Sunshine Coast Corporate Office, located in Birtinya.
