Kilcoy Pastoral Company Limited (KPC) are seeking an experienced hands-on, Production Supervisor with solid people skills and leadership experience to join our growing team. The successful candidates main responsibility would be to oversee and manage the production process in a designated production area, ensuring customer specifications are met, whilst safely leading production staff to achieve optimum yields, cost & productivity effectiveness.


  • Will be based on KPC’s Green/Gold lifestyle roster, which includes weekend work.
  • 2 weeks of 4 days on + 4 days off and 2 weeks of 3 days on 3 days off - (5am – 5pm)

To be considered you will be able to demonstrate:

  • 3-5 years production management experience, preferably supported by previous hands-on floor level experience.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
  • People management, development and influence that will support and lead a growing production team to deliver to expected outcomes within a changing environment
  • Strong knowledge and leadership of OHS requirements, HACCAP and QA procedures
  • Solutions focus and consistent ability to follow through
  • Resource coordination that is flexible and efficient to deliver production requirements
  • An ability to develop and drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • A collaborative and inclusive approach to communication with all stakeholders
  • Highly developed and effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong sense of accountability and responsibility as well as a commitment to company values and the organization
  • High motivation and enthusiasm
  • Attention to detail, initiative and time management skills
