Business Systems Administrator

Location: Kilcoy, QLD

Kilcoy Global Foods (KGF) is seeking an experienced administrator to manage and lead cost-effective production activities relevant to the department’s operation and meet organisational targets within the teams. 
This position will be full time working Monday - Friday across several areas such as By-products, Environment & Sustainability and the role will be involved with Capital Projects across several business areas.

Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to);

  • Develop strong relationships and customer service within the department
  • Production KPIs met - yields, recoveries, productivity, labour
  • Planning and meeting Budgets
  • Producing reporting material
  • Capital Projects management
  • Spend tracking and analysis
  • Demonstrated critical analysis of production data and application to improve results/outputs
  • Systems administrations
  • Audit reporting
  • Data entry, management & analytics
  • Microsoft software suite experience 
  • Regulatory reporting and tracking

Requirements for the role:

  • Finance administration experience – 2 years min.
  • The ability to organize, plan, and prioritize your work.
  • Have the understanding and ability to interpret budgets, financial planning forecasts and KPIs
  • The ability to influence and manage people, hands on management approach and competent in team building and creating cultures of success.
  • Problem solving and fault finding
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong sense of accountability and responsibility as well as a commitment to company values and the organization
  • High motivation and enthusiasm
  • Attention to detail, initiative and time management skills
