We are seeking an experienced Export Documentation Officer to join our growing team. Previous experience with export documentation is essential.  The position is responsible for preparation of all relevant documents for shipment of export beef product. The successful candidate must have meticulous attention to detail, strong numerical accuracy and take pride in delivering high quality work.

  • Experience in export documentation essential
  • Team-oriented
  • Proven attention to detail and ability to see tasks through to conclusion
  • High level of accuracy and efficiency
  • Proficiency with, MS Office suite, especially Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong administrative experience and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, including maintaining customer relationships
  • Ability to plan, organise and control activities
  • Be accountable for own actions
  • Promote a positive customer service attitude
  • Experience with Impex an advantage, but not essential
